Job summary

Nanyang Technological University’s Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) seeks a detail-oriented professional to join the Department of Research Administration and Support Services (RASS). Experience in administration, research, grants or finance preferred.
Strong organisational and analytical skills with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage grant matters across the full lifecycle, from grant calls and proposals to award set-up, variations and reporting.
Track externally funded Research Scholarships, including student numbers, scholarship periods and funding availability.
Coordinate with the Graduate Office, Grants Team and stakeholders on funding arrangements and documentation.
Review grant budgets, expenditure and manpower details for compliance and audit readiness.
Advise faculty on grant guidelines and processes; maintain accurate records and trackers.
