Qualifications

PhD in engineering or sustainable buildings design.
Experience in sustainable design/analysis for built environment and LEED/Green Mark.
Proficient in CFD, BIM, and energy modelling software; hands-on and stakeholder-facing.
Strong communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

Perform subject matter expert work in CFD or energy modelling for ongoing projects.
Contribute inputs for research proposals on sustainable urban solutions and decarbonisation.
Lead in preparation and submission of new research proposals.
Conduct embodied carbon assessments for buildings and urban farming.
Lead technical analyses on green building technologies and smart building systems with AI/ML.
Engage management and external partners, deliver presentations and workshops when needed.
Lead in authoring technical publications for completed or ongoing projects.
