Job summary

NTU Singapore's TREASURES Centre invites applications for a Research Fellow to join a dynamic team. The role focuses on operational governance, strategic coordination, and communications to boost research impact and Centre performance.

The successful candidate will coordinate budgets, governance, and stakeholder engagements, while liaising with academics and executives. A PhD and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• PhD degree in relevant field from a recognized institution.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in fast-paced or complex organisations.
• Experience in IHL or research institute is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate financial and administrative processes for Centre activities.
• Support the Co-Director in managing strategic priorities, meetings, and travel.
• Develop and maintain the Centre's digital and external communications.
