Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Protein Engineering, Structural Biology, Molecular Biology, Chemical Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Biophysics, etc.
• Demonstrated expertise in recombinant protein expression, purification, and biochemical characterization.
• Experience in computational protein design, protein engineering, molecular cloning, plasmid construction, and microbial expression systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an interdisciplinary research environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer proteins using modern computational and experimental approaches.
• Perform molecular cloning, recombinant protein expression, purification, and biochemical characterization.
• Conduct protein engineering, mutagenesis, and functional screening.
• Characterize protein structure and molecular interactions using biochemical and biophysical techniques.
