Job Description

The Research Fellow will work closely with the Principal Investigator, Dr. ZHENG Chu, on the research project of enzyme biophysics and computational design for applications in sustainable biocatalysis.

The Research Fellow will help conduct large-scale bioinformatic, mechanistic, and structural analyses to elucidate the physical basis of enzyme activity; develop computational models that integrate biophysics and machine learning for the accurate prediction and design of functional enzymes; and explore their real-world applications.

Job Requirements

• Ph.D. in a relevant area, e.g., Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Good publication record.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: computational biophysics, biomolecular modelling, machine learning, or protein biochemistry.
