Job summary

NTU Singapore's College of Computing and Data Science seeks a Research Fellow to advance probabilistic machine learning and GenAI, focusing on sequence model design, continual learning, and uncertainty quantification. The fellow will design and run rigorous experiments, publish results, and contribute to project deliverables across robotics and AI collaborations

Qualifications

• PhD in CS, Statistics, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Independent, highly analytical, proactive and a team player.
• Excellent teamwork and verbal, written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge relevant to probabilistic ML and GenAI.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research in AI/ML domains, especially probabilistic ML and scalable sequence networks.
• Produce academic publications such as papers and patent applications.
• Contribute to annual report writing and presenting.
• Collaborate with faculty, research staff, and students on joint projects and supervise graduate students.
• Engage with industry or academic partners to explore collaborations and deliverables.
