Qualifications

• Experience with R, Python, Linux/Unix, sequence‑analysis tools, or biological databases is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, scientific writing, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

The successful candidate will conduct molecular microbiology and biotechnology research to investigate AMR mechanisms and the mobility of resistance genes. The work will combine microbiological and molecular experiments with data analysis to understand resistance phenotypes, genetic determinants, and gene transfer. Candidates with bioinformatics expertise are particularly encouraged to apply.
