Job summary

Nanyang Technological University Singapore's School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering invites a Research Fellow to pursue cutting-edge research on EUV light generation for spectroscopy and nanolithography. You will tackle Maxwell's equations and quantum electrodynamics to model new phenomena, and contribute to software written in C++ and Python.

Qualifications

• PhD required in physics, mathematics, engineering or related field.
• Strong background in electrodynamics simulation techniques.
• Experience with computational electrodynamics and ab initio methods.

Responsibilities

• Computationally solve electrodynamics problems involving electron-photon and electron-matter interactions in the EUV regime.
• Develop new, efficient software for modeling electromagnetic phenomena using C++ and Python.
• Formulate theories of EUV generation from Maxwell's equations and quantum electrodynamics.
