Job summary

Nanyang Technological University’s School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering invites applications for a Research Fellow to spearhead computational and theoretical modeling of free-electron-driven X-ray photonics. Working with experimentalists, you will study coherent X-ray emission from van der Waals materials and explore table-top X-ray phase-contrast imaging.

The successful candidate will develop theoretical and numerical frameworks, lead papers, and present at international conferences;

Qualifications

• PhD degree in physics, engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with electrodynamics and electromagnetism; quantum physics/quantum electrodynamics is a plus.
