Continental-NTU Corporate Lab in Singapore seeks a Research Fellow or Senior Researcher to advance heterogenous integration and chiplet-based IC security. You will prototype secure intelligent computing platforms and contribute to long-term research directions, white papers, and conference publications.

Ideal candidates hold a PhD and have strong IC design, NoC and interconnect security expertise. The role involves collaboration with NTU and Continental teams and may require on-site work at NTU

Qualificações

• PhD or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Strong background in IC front-end design, interconnection networks and security architectures.
• Proven publication record in relevant peer‑reviewed venues; excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design hetero chiplet-based systems with focus on security of components and interconnects.
• Explore chiplet architectures, NoC, routing, and interposer design for long-term security.
• Publish high-quality research and contribute to strategy and white papers.
