The Singapore University of Social Sciences is seeking a Research Fellow to design and develop multi-agent AI architectures for risk assessment and intervention under a renewable contract. You will contribute to advancing AI research and publish your findings in leading journals and conferences.

Qualifications

PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
Strong AI/ML research background with publications.
Proven track record in peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
Proficiency in Python and DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Excellent analytical and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Design and develop multi-agent AI architectures for risk assessment and intervention.
Develop decision-making models for risk scoring, intervention and escalation.
Evaluate and benchmark agentic AI systems with real-world and simulated threats.
Research AI-driven cognitive circuit breakers and threat detection.
Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and premier conferences.
Collaborate with government partners and stakeholders on project alignment.
Mentor and co-supervise junior researchers and student teams.
