Qualifications

• Master's degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• Experience with soft matter structural characterization techniques is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to write reports, publish, and review publications.

Responsibilities

• Use a range of structural characterization techniques to understand LNP-mRNA aggregates.
• Execute biophysical/biochemistry/molecular biology experiments and data analysis.
• Ensure effective communication among group members.
• Ensure accurate and systematic documentation of laboratory work.
• Draft scientific publications and present findings internally and externally.
• Comply with laboratory safety standards and guidelines.
• Assist in lab management matters when necessary.
• Guide junior members of the team.
