Job summary

NTU Singapore invites applications for a Research Fellow role focusing on lipid nanoparticle delivery, imaging and membrane biophysics. Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant discipline with strong publication record.
• Experience in advanced fluorescence microscopy and quantitative imaging.
• Hands-on with super-resolution modalities (STED/SIM/PALM) preferred.
• Experience with live-cell imaging, particle tracking, and image analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead research projects on LNP-membrane interactions and intracellular trafficking.
• Apply and develop advanced fluorescence imaging approaches including live-cell and super-resolution techniques.
• Work with lipid bilayers and biomimetic membranes to study nanoparticle interactions.
• Characterize LNP delivery, trafficking, and cargo release.
• Develop quantitative image-analysis methods for tracking and membrane dynamics.
• Prepare manuscripts and contribute to grant applications.
• Collaborate across engineering, biology, biophysics, imaging and delivery.
• Supervise students and visiting researchers; assist with lab operations and safety.
