Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Sociology, or a related field.
• Strong command of spoken and written English; excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Well-organised, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines; willingness to travel to school sites.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; data handling basics.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with participating primary schools and coordinate day-to-day research operations
• Administer psychoeducational assessments and experimental tasks one-to-one with students
• Distribute, collect, and track parent and teacher questionnaires
• Maintain research records; support data entry, cleaning, and quality checking
• Assist with ethics documentation, literature searches, research reports, and stakeholder materials
• Train and coordinate part-time student research assistants during data collection
• Perform administrative and procurement tasks as required by the Principal Investigator
