Profiling Academic Trajectories and Heterogeneity of Low-Progress Learners for Enhancing Learning Support (PATHS)
The PATHS study is a Ministry of Education (MOE)-funded longitudinal investigation tracking 500-600 Primary 1 students enrolled in the Learning Support Programme (LSP) and/or Learning Support for Mathematics (LSM) across 20+ Singapore primary schools. Using person-centred analytic models, the study identifies heterogeneous learner subgroups across cognitive, literacy, mathematical, and socio-emotional domains, and examines how these profiles evolve and predict academic outcomes. Findings will inform more targeted, evidence-based support for low-progress learners.
The Research Assistant will support the day-to-day implementation of this large-scale study under the supervision of the Principal Investigator.
We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
