Job summary

NTU invites a Research Assistant to work on AI in Education within the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. The role focuses on advancing pedagogical research and publishing in conferences, journals or book chapters.

The candidate should have AI model/algorithm experience and a background in education or learning sciences, enabling collaboration with NIE on interdisciplinary data collection and sub-project supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, education, learning sciences, or related interdisciplinary field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in publishing papers within the domain of AI in Education.
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary research methodology.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in programming and educational research.
• Soft skills: willing to learn, self-motivated and takes initiative, organized, open-minded.

We are looking for a Research Assistant to work on research topics related to AI in Education.

We are looking for a candidate with prior research experience in both AI models/algorithms and learning sciences/education background. This will help in pedagogical research within the School of EEE.
