Nanyang Technological University Singapore's School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow to lead research on AI training algorithms aimed at post-digital hardware and neuromorphic computing.

The role focuses on developing AI algorithms for training, exploring numerical and local learning beyond backpropagation, with opportunities to publish results at top conferences and contribute to cutting-edge infrastructure.

Competenze

• PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experiences in a similar role with hands-on experience in AI algorithms, including experience gained during PhD
• Familiarity with neuromorphic computing and AI models
• Good written and oral communication skills, with papers published in leading conferences or journals

We are looking for a Postdoctoral Fellow to lead research on AI training algorithms. The role will focus on developing AI algorithms (especially for training) aimed at post-digital hardware. Specifically, the project targets numerical and local learning algorithms beyond backpropagation.
