Job summary

OCBC in Singapore seeks a regulatory reporting professional to prepare timely financial, management, and regulatory reports, maintain reporting databases, and support audits. MAS regulations knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive process improvements, and participate in regulatory, audit, and compliance requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in banking, preferably regulatory reporting.
  • Knowledge of MAS regulations (e.g., OTC Trade Reporting, MAS643A, MAS 656, MAS 755).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of AI, automation, and digitalization tools would be advantageous.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial, management, and regulatory reports, maintaining reporting systems, supporting audits and ad‑hoc requests, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate should have banking regulatory reporting experience, knowledge of MAS regulations, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance and reporting accuracy.
