Job summary

Blueleaf Energy, a pan-Asian renewable energy platform, is seeking an Investment Analyst to join our HQ-based investment team. You will contribute to deal screening, due diligence, and transaction coordination across India, Southeast Asia, and East Asia markets.

You will build financial models, prepare investment papers, support deal structuring with internal stakeholders, and help track milestones from pipeline to board approvals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in investment banking, private equity or infra funds.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills for financial analysis, valuation and forecasting.
• Proficient written documents and presentations.
• Excellent English and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist origination and screening of renewable energy project opportunities.
• Support due diligence, financial modeling, and risk analysis.
• Prepare internal approval papers for leadership to make investment decisions.
• Coordinate deal structuring across commercial, legal and financial aspects.
• Update leadership on deals pipeline and milestones.
