The firm specializes in utility-scale solar, wind, energy storage, and hybrid renewables projects across Southeast Asia, India, Japan, and broader East Asia.As Investment Manager, you will work within the headquarter-based investment development team responsible for originating, structuring, and closing transactions across the region.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the origination of a pipeline of renewable energy projects and screen investment opportunities- Maintain up-to-date understanding of renewables markets across India, Southeast Asia, and Japan- Lead analysis on opening up new markets for Blueleaf in East Asia and SE Asia- Support due diligence, financial modeling, risk analysis, and mitigation in the structuring of complex acquisitions, developments, and project financing transactions- Participate in commercial, legal, and financial aspects of deal structuring- Commercial review and negotiation of term sheets and contracts — acquisitions agreements, shareholder agreements, joint development partnerships, MoUs, PPAs, EPC contracts, and O&M agreements- Prepare internal investment papers and presentations for investment committee approvalRequirements:- Mid-to-senior level experience in infrastructure investing, project finance, or renewable energy M&A- Strong financial modeling skills with experience in complex transaction structuring- Experience working across Asia-Pacific markets preferred- Fluency in English required; additional Asian language skills are a plus
