Job summary

SOBONO ENERGY PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Boiler Attendant to operate and monitor biomass-fired boilers and associated equipment safely and efficiently, performing startup/shutdown, recording operating parameters, alarms and abnormalities, and coordinating with Operations and Maintenance teams.

Candidates must hold a Singapore MOM Class 1 or 2 Boiler Attendant Certificate, be able to work on rotating shifts, and demonstrate good teamwork and safety awareness in a plant environment that

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a Singapore MOM Class 1 or 2 Boiler Attendant Certificate.
• Experience in power generation or industrial boiler operations preferred.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and maintain high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor biomass-fired boilers and associated equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections and record operating parameters, alarms and abnormalities.
• Perform start-up, shutdown and housekeeping activities in accordance with operating procedures.
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance personnel to ensure reliable plant operation.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and report equipment defects or process deviations.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental and statutory requirements.
• Participate in shift work and emergency response activities as required.

• Conduct routine inspections and record operating parameters, alarms and abnormalities.
• Perform start-up, shutdown and housekeeping activities in accordance with operating procedures.
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance personnel to ensure reliable plant operation.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and report equipment defects or process deviations.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental and statutory requirements.
• Participate in shift work and emergency response activities as required.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 1 or Class 2 Boiler Attendant Certificate issued by MOM.
• Relevant experience in power generation, process plants, waste-to-energy, or industrial boiler operations is preferred.
• Able to work on rotating shifts.
• Good teamwork, communication and safety awareness.
• Candidates without experience but with the required Boiler Attendant certification are welcome to apply.
