Job summary

Bitdeer Group is seeking a motivated Treasury Intern to support its Global Treasury team in strengthening documentation, process governance, and operational efficiency. This role suits someone who enjoys structured problem-solving and cross-functional coordination.

You will assist in preparing treasury documents, standardise SOPs, and contribute to dashboards and reporting tools, with exposure to audits and bank KYC processes. Remote-friendly with on-site options in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into clear, structured documents.
• Comfortable with diagramming/flowchart tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with treasury systems (TMS) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating treasury documents.
• Standardize, compile, and consolidate treasury SOP documents.
• Support data gathering and validation across treasury work-streams.
• Prepare schematic diagrams and workflow maps of treasury processes and system interactions.
• Establish document index and organize treasury materials for easy search.
• Support treasury audits and banks KYC due diligence documentation.
• Contribute to design and enhancement of treasury templates, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Participate in ad-hoc treasury projects.
