Kraken is building the future of open finance. Our Global Sourcing team seeks a talented Sourcer to own end-to-end candidate discovery across tech and non-tech roles. You will partner with hiring managers, craft market intelligence, and drive fast, high-quality hires in a fully remote, async environment.

Qualificações

• Exceptional track record sourcing talent for reputable, fast-growing tech/product businesses.
• Strong ability to translate hiring needs into sourcing strategies.
• Experience working in a high-velocity, remote, async-first environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to design and execute effective hiring strategies.
• Gather, organise and communicate competitive market intelligence, identifying where target talent exists and trends.
• Collaborate with the broader sourcing team to leverage best practices across research techniques, boolean searches, tools, networking and other sourcing methods.
• Independently develop and maintain candidate flow across disciplines, using data to drive decisions and process improvements.
• Source candidates through social media, databases, job boards, networking, and internet searches.
• Be an ambassador to Kraken/Payward, promoting our values and brand in the market.
• Participate in research projects to improve hiring infrastructure.
