Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks a Security Engineer to strengthen and automate our vulnerability management program. This hands-on role spans traditional infrastructure, containers, and cloud environments to identify, assess, and remediate security risks.

You will work across global teams, drive remediation lifecycles, and contribute to automation and AI-assisted tooling to improve processes and security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Security or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in information security or related discipline.
• Experience with container security, cloud security, and DevSecOps practices is a plus.
• Exposure to AI agents, MCP tooling, or AI-assisted security operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and respond to vulnerabilities across on-prem, containerized, and cloud environments.
• Drive remediation lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Analyze large-scale security, system, and application data for impact assessment and decision-making.
• Design, evaluate, and implement automation to improve vulnerability management processes.
• Explore AI-driven approaches, including MCP tooling and AI agent workflows, for triage and enrichment.
• Stay current on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices in cybersecurity.
