Job summary

PropNex Realty in Singapore seeks a high-energy Inside Sales Associate to handle phone-based outreach to property owners, qualifying leads and scheduling consultations with CEA-registered consultants. You’ll use a fixed script, manage warm inbound leads, and work with a tech-enabled team.

You will join the Nickson Guay-led team, with strong inbound inquiries and curated outbound lists. The role focuses on opening doors for consultants and driving qualified bookings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of phone-based sales or appointment-setting experience.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required, with calls in either language.

Responsibilities

• Make 120+ outbound calls a day to curated property owners.
• Call every inbound enquiry within 5 minutes during shift.
• Qualify prospects using criteria (ownership, timeline, intent) with team script.
• Book qualified homeowners into fixed consultation slots.
• Log calls and outcomes in the CRM daily.
• Ensure compliance with Do Not Call regulations.
