Job summary

Propnex Realty is seeking a Real Estate Executive to support a top Singapore Realtor with marketing, research, client servicing and daily operations. You’ll gain exposure to client consultations, property viewings, and transaction management while developing a broad skill set in a high-performing real estate business.

Open to aspiring realtors or professionals with strong organisational skills; 5-day work week with weekend obligations will apply. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and strong time management.
• Willingness to learn real estate operations and client servicing.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with Canva for marketing materials and CapCut for videos.

Responsibilities

• Assist in property research, market analysis and data gathering.
• Coordinate property viewings and client communications.
• Prepare reports, presentations and market research materials.
• Support property staging, photography prep and viewing readiness.
• Manage calendars, bookings, and daily schedules for the realtor.
• Develop and post marketing content across social platforms.
