Binance seeks a highly skilled AI professional to advance AI solutions by developing and refining Large Language Models (LLMs) to extract insights, improve decision-making, and optimize prompt design for accuracy. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS/DS or related field.
• 2+ years deep-learning/NLP, 1+ year LLM work (SFT, DPO, RAG).
• Proficient in prompt engineering & tuning (few-shot, prompting, routing).
• Experience deploying multi-agent LLM workflows and guard-rail design.
• Fluent in English and Chinese for cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own the LLM pipeline from data prep to production usage.
• Design and optimize prompts for multi-language support and safety.
• Build RAG-based QA/search systems across multi-source knowledge bases.
• Deploy LLM services on multi-GPU or cluster environments.
• Develop multi-agent LLM architectures with orchestration and memory sharing.
• Create evaluation pipelines for metrics, bias, and hallucinations.
• Collaborate with product/CS to integrate AI models into chatbots.
• Follow cutting-edge research and publish tech blogs.
