Job summary

MNC JOBS INFO in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Health Economics Analyst - Outcomes and Cost Evaluation to support healthcare research, economic evaluations, and evidence-based decision-making. The role focuses on assessing the value of interventions by analysing costs, outcomes, and resource use.

You will work with health economists, researchers, and market access teams to develop economic models, perform budget impact analyses, and generate clear reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Statistics, Biostatistics, Healthcare Management or related field.
• Master’s degree in Health Economics, Health Services Research, Public Health, Health Policy, Economics or related discipline preferred for advanced responsibilities.
• Training or certifications in health economic modelling/outcomes research/HTA will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cost-effectiveness, cost-utility, cost-benefit, and cost-consequence analyses.
• Compare clinical and economic outcomes of alternative strategies.
• Estimate ICERs and interpret QALYs where appropriate.
• Support development of decision-analytic models (e.g., decision trees, Markov models).
• Assess economic implications of changes in practice, guidelines, and delivery models.
• Analyze clinical outcomes, patient-reported outcomes, and health-care utilisation data.
• Support real-world evidence studies using observational data, registries, claims, EHRs.
• Identify meaningful health outcome measures for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to interpret evidence and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare HTA submissions, reimbursement dossiers, and market access evidence.
• Contribute to research protocols, reports, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.
• Ensure reporting aligns with standards and guidelines.
