Job summary

Vista Health in Singapore delivers healthcare data analytics and HEOR services across Asia Pacific. The Data Analyst will contribute to evidence generation, real-world data studies and client presentations, working with claims, EMR, registry and survey data.

You will help design studies, plan analyses and ensure high-quality deliverables across projects. Ideal candidates have an MSc or higher in a relevant field, 2+ years of experience, and strong R skills.

Qualifications

• MSc or higher in biostatistics, epidemiology, statistics, data science or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in biostatistics, epidemiology or healthcare data analytics.
• Ability to distill complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in R for analysis and reporting.
• Experience with healthcare data types: claims, EMR, registry, surveys.
• Strong communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with HEOR, real-world evidence or multi-country studies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to deliver consulting and research projects on healthcare data.
• Provide statistical and methodological advice for study designs and analysis plans.
• Conduct and oversee statistical analysis using R with quality control.
• Pre-process healthcare data including claims, EMR and survey datasets.
• Support development of documentation, templates and QC plans.
• Contribute to manuscript preparation, client presentations and reports.
• Stay updated on new statistical methods and healthcare data sources.
• Identify opportunities to expand Vista Health analytics offerings.
