FIOE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking entrepreneurial Freelance Sales Executives to expand our reach. This role is fully commission-based and home-based, offering independence and long-term client ownership.

You will prospect across Singapore and the region, present our AI recruiting solutions to HR leaders, manage the full sales cycle, and nurture client relationships for ongoing usage and recurring payouts.

Competenze

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently from home.
• No prior sales experience required — training will be provided.
• Candidates with prior experience in sales, business development, or recruitment solutions will be given strong preference.

Mansioni

• Prospect and acquire new clients across Singapore and the region.
• Present FIOE’s AI recruiting solutions to HR leaders, recruiters, and business managers.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, product demo, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain client relationships to ensure ongoing usage and satisfaction.
• Provide market feedback to leadership to refine sales strategy.
