Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program seeks Early Career Talent to gain immersive experience in the Web3 space. You will work across AI-driven compliance workflows, from KYC and KYB to EDD, while testing and optimizing LLM/Agent-based solutions.

Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration are essential. Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates with a background in business analytics or CS, some hands-on AI experience, and good Mandarin communication.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate background in business data analytics, computer science or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI Agents.
• Basic coding or scripting ability is a plus.
• Interest in compliance, risk control, or operational efficiency is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal Mandarin communication skills for coordination.

Responsibilities

• KYC: assist identity verification, document review and user onboarding workflows.
• KYB: support business entity verification and due diligence processes.
• EDD: help with complex reviews, risk signals and investigations.
