The Elite Job is hiring Data Entry & Transcription Specialists for a fully remote position. You will convert audio, handwritten notes, and digital data into accurate records with strong attention to detail and high typing speed.

Work from anywhere with flexible hours (20–40 hours per week) and collaborate with an international team. Prior data entry or transcription experience is welcomed but not required, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong command of English, written and spoken.
• Typing speed of at least 50 wpm with high accuracy.
• Experience with MS Office, Google Workspace, and data entry platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow formatting guidelines.
• Good listening skills for transcribing diverse accents.
• Reliable internet and a personal computer or laptop.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input, verify, and update data into company systems and databases.
• Transcribe audio files, meetings, and recordings into text documents with high accuracy.
• Review and correct discrepancies in data entries to maintain data integrity.
• Organize, classify, and maintain confidential information in compliance with company standards.
• Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors via digital communication tools.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining consistency and accuracy in all deliverables.
