Pixalate is hiring a Corporate Counsel for a full-time remote role based in Singapore. You will draft and negotiate SaaS and intercompany agreements, manage corporate filings, and support fundraising while leveraging incentives and overseeing international subsidiaries.

The role requires a law degree (LLB/GLD/JD) and a Bachelor's, with strong familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, CPA, CTDPA, and startup/SaaS experience. Flexible hours and remote work are offered.

Formación

• Law degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Familiarity with global data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, CPA, CTDPA).
• Experience with SaaS and startups.

Responsabilidades

• Manage filings of financial and tax returns.
• Draft and negotiate SaaS subscriptions and intercompany agreements.
• Leverage governmental incentives.
• Oversee incorporation of international subsidiaries.
• Draft board resolutions.
• Support fundraising activities.
