Job summary

Pixalate is hiring a Corporate Counsel for a full-time remote role based in Singapore. You will draft and negotiate SaaS and intercompany agreements, manage corporate filings, and support fundraising while leveraging incentives and overseeing international subsidiaries.

The role requires a law degree (LLB/GLD/JD) and a Bachelor's, with strong familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, CPA, CTDPA, and startup/SaaS experience. Flexible hours and remote work are offered.
