You will own the end-to-end content process—from trend research and scripting to talent sourcing, filming, editing, publishing, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Trend Research: Research the latest trends on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and RED
• Content Planning: Develop creative ideas and write video scripts; plan storyboards and production schedules
• Talent Coordination: Recruit and communicate with models and creators; arrange shooting schedules and filming logistics
• Video Production: Film product and lifestyle videos; direct shooting sessions; ensure production quality
• Video Editing: Edit short-form videos; add captions, subtitles, BGM and effects; optimize videos for each platform
• Social Media Management: Publish on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and RED; manage content calendars; optimize captions and hashtags
• Performance Analysis: Track views, engagement and audience insights; analyze data and optimize future content
• Client Communication: Prepare weekly and monthly reports; present performance; incorporate client feedback into future content
