Job summary

LOD (Lawyers On Demand) Singapore seeks experienced professionals in compliance, corporate secretarial, contract management, or paralegal work to support our clients on project, interim, or ongoing assignments. Roles offer exposure to multiple industries and interaction with in-house legal and business teams.

This role offers exposure to diverse industries, collaboration with in-house legal teams, and flexibility to work on-site or remotely, with options for full-time, part-time, or fixed-term

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Law, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2–10+ years of experience in compliance, corporate secretarial, contract management, or paralegal roles.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a multinational or regulated industry environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and monitoring of compliance programs, policies, and internal controls.
• Conduct risk assessments and regulatory filings as required.
• Assist with AML/KYC documentation, sanctions checks, and data privacy compliance.
• Prepare and maintain statutory records, resolutions, and filings in accordance with corporate governance requirements.
• Draft, review, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts, including NDAs and service agreements.
• Maintain contract databases and ensure timely renewals and compliance with contract terms.
• Support implementation of contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and processes.
• Conduct legal research, prepare summaries, and support document management.
• Assist in due diligence exercises, litigation support, or transaction coordination as needed.
