Job summary

InternSG in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to verify automated outputs, review batches, and contact clients by WhatsApp and email. You are the human in the loop, flagging anything that looks wrong and explaining why.

You run automated tasks, detect stalls or errors, chase what is missing (logins, copy, approvals), and keep a single clear view of dozens of client progresses. This is a remote-first, 40-hour week role for 3–6 months in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Clear written English, because you will message clients directly.
• A careful eye, because most of this role is noticing something is slightly off and checking it instead of assuming it is fine.
• Honesty under pressure, because you will sometimes find a mistake in work due to go out today and we would much rather hear it late than not hear it.
• Comfortable using ChatGPT or Claude already.
• Organised without being chased.

Responsibilities

• Check the work before it goes out by following a written checklist for each batch.
• Run the automated jobs and monitor for stalls or nonsense.
• Talk to clients via WhatsApp and email, chasing what is needed (logins, photos, copy approvals).
• Keep a clear view of multiple client stages so nothing sits forgotten for weeks.
• Pull numbers from reports and write a short update in plain English.
