Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and training data, review statements and close workpapers, and provide actionable feedback to improve model performance.

Experience in AI training or human data evaluation is required, with proficiency in NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365. Remote worldwide collaboration and flexible schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on accounting experience and strong financial reporting skills.
• Experience reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365).
• Experience with AI training, data evaluation, or rubric-based grading is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and treatments.
• Review and annotate statements, reconciliations, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess financial workflows and system logic across major platforms.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate and rank AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Support transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
