Job summary

Binance is seeking a research-minded engineer to join the AI Infra team, bridging frontier model capabilities with real-world agent deployment. You'll work directly with researchers and engineers to push the boundaries of what AI agents can do: from Agentic RAG and context management to task execution, self-evolving agents, and multi-agent coordination.

This is not a pure engineering role and not a pure research role. It's both.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on experience with LLM, RAG and AI agent systems in production.
• Experience building production retrieval pipelines end-to-end with embedding models and vector stores.
• Experience with Agent Harness runtimes: session recovery, sandbox isolation, multi-tenant runtime.
• Strong understanding of LLM APIs, KV Cache, Memory, Tools and Reasoning.
• Independent research capability to translate ideas into runnable prototypes.
• Power user of agent products and AI-native engineering workflows.
• Ability to ship fast with AI-assisted workflows across unfamiliar languages and domains.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate next-generation retrieval pipelines with adaptive, multi-hop retrieval and dynamic control.
• Collaborate with researchers to implement model-capability-driven innovations including memory and multi-agent architectures.
• Define benchmarks and evaluation methodologies for RAG-domain performance and latency.
• Utilize real-world feedback to continuously improve agent and retrieval performance in production.
