Job summary

Golden Agri Resources seeks an AI architect to design, develop, and deploy AI agents and multi‑agent systems for business automation. You will translate business needs into scalable AI solutions aligned with digital transformation, and architect end‑to‑end AI pipelines including data ingestion and model integration.

You will build reusable AI modules, prototype new technologies, and collaborate with stakeholders across ERP, databases, and internal apps to accelerate enterprise AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and deploying AI agents and multi‑agent systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Familiarity with AI governance, security, and compliance.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, co-pilots, and multi-agent systems for business automation and intelligent workflows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives.
• Architect and implement end-to-end AI pipelines, including data ingestion, processing, model integration, and agent orchestration.
• Build and optimize agentic workflows using LLMs, RAG architectures, APIs, and orchestration frameworks.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, ERP systems, databases, APIs, and internal applications.
• Develop reusable AI modules, automation frameworks, and prompt engineering standards to accelerate enterprise AI adoption.
• Conduct rapid prototyping, experimentation, and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for emerging AI technologies and business use cases.
• Monitor and continuously improve AI system performance, scalability, reliability, governance compliance, and operational effectiveness.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, market trends, and adoption strategies to identify high-impact business opportunities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors while contributing to AI governance, documentation, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
