Job summary

Dada Consultants in Singapore is seeking an AI Agent Backend Engineer to own design and scale robust AI Agent systems. You will work on end-to-end performance optimisations in high-concurrency production environments and collaborate across teams to deliver production-ready Agent solutions.

You will contribute to RAG, tool-calling interfaces, and multi-agent coordination, while driving technical advancements in agent context engineering and execution pipelines.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on software engineering experience in Python/TypeScript/Java/Golang or C/C++.
• Experience with enterprise-level AI projects and agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration tools and LLM frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end performance optimisations for enterprise-grade AI Agent systems.
• Implement modules for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), tool-calling interfaces, and multi-agent coordination.
• Package reusable AI components to accelerate product iteration and engineering efficiency.
• Advance agent context engineering and high-performance execution pipelines.
• Design benchmark Agents to evaluate performance under real-world scenarios.
• Research and integrate emerging Agent technologies to stay competitive.
