Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable finance and HR administrator to manage the full set of accounts and month-end close from a home-based setup.

You will also handle budgeting, cash flow monitoring and audit prep, while supporting HR duties such as payroll coordination and employee records. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience handling full set of accounts preferred.
• Exposure to HR administration or payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting including full set of accounts, reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Prepare financial reports, payment records and supporting documents.
• Assist budgeting, cash flow monitoring and audit prep.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and data integrity.
• Support HR administration: employee records, leave, payroll coordination and documentation.
• Onboard/offboard employees and handle related matters.
• Prepare HR and finance reports as required.
• Interact with management, auditors, vendors and others as needed.
