Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts & HR Executive on a 6-month contract in Singapore. Responsibilities include accounting full set, financial reporting, payroll coordination, and HR administration, with occasional face-to-face meetings as required.

Applicants should have a degree in accounting and at least 3 years of relevant accounting experience; exposure to payroll is a plus. The role supports both finance and HR tasks and offers work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience handling a full set of accounts preferred.
• Some exposure to HR administration or payroll advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting duties, including full set of accounts, reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Prepare financial reports, payment records and supporting documents.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring and audit preparation.
• Maintain proper accounting records and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Support HR administration such as employee records, leave, payroll coordination and employment documentation.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding and general employee-related matters.
• Prepare HR and finance reports as required.
• Liaise with management, employees, auditors, vendors and other external parties when necessary.
• Attend face-to-face meetings when required.
• Perform other accounting, HR and administrative duties as assigned.
