Responsibilities

• Own the process for end-to-end management of reliability stress tests.
• Maintain and improve process of record (POR) for assigned reliability tests.
• Lead qualification and process buyoff for new equipment or layout changes.
• Define process windows, control plans, and reaction mechanisms.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support qualification.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and EHS guidelines.
• Analyze process performance data and drive corrective actions.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement with AI-enhancements.
• Apply digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy in tasks.
