Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced reliability engineering professional to define and develop test flows covering product reliability.

You will work with the Global Quality team to qualify plans, drive issue resolution, and optimize test strategies to meet quality, cost, and cycle-time KPIs. The role emphasizes root-cause analysis for failures (EFA/PFA), collaboration with Fab and cross-functional teams, and leadership in process conversions to reduce costs while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience in semiconductor devices, circuit design, or product validation is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a root-cause focus.
• Understanding of CMOS, DRAM architecture and device physics.
• Experience with data analysis and scripting (Python or JMP).
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop reliability stress, test flows and test plans to cover all Product Reliability aspects.
• Work closely with Global Quality team to define qualification plan, review and manage the qualification execution progress, and drive for qualification gating issue resolution.
• Drive down Extrinsic and Intrinsic Reliability through Optimized Manufacturing Test Flows and Test Strategy to meet KPI’s Quality, Cost and Cycle Time
• Debug and identify root cause and failures in reliability tests by EFA and PFA and drive for resolution through cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide recommendations to fab teams for new process conversions to reduce cost, increase yields, impacting HBM product reliability and performance.
• Communicate risks with Product Managers/Leads to manage DPM process conversion risks.
• Promote innovation and drive AI/automation into reliability workflows.
• Mentor and develop team members to grow capability.
• Develop project management within the team for timely delivery of solutions.
• Make final decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization.
• Collaborate with Fab, HBM Tech Development, HBM Design, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams.
