Job description

As a Franchise Support Specialist, your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, acting as their Single Point of Contact (SPoC). You will provide operational support and guidance to franchisees, assisting them in resolving conflicts and addressing concerns they may have. It will be your duty to formulate permanent solutions by initiating and executing new policies, processes, and practices for recurring queries.In addition, you will be expected to coordinate and follow-up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures of franchise queries while also ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. This role is open to freshers who are looking to start their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.This is a full-time, permanent position with day and morning shifts.
