Job summary

ACME EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. seeks a caring Therapy Aide to support therapists in rehabilitation and therapy services. You will aid in preparing treatment areas, assisting patients during sessions, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

Ideal candidates have at least secondary education, some healthcare exposure, and strong communication skills. You will work with a healthcare team and may need to accommodate shift schedules as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, nursing home or therapy support is advantageous.
• Relevant healthcare or therapy aide training is preferred.
• Caring, patient and responsible personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to assist patients with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist physiotherapists and occupational therapists during therapy sessions.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment before patient sessions.
• Assist patients with basic exercises and rehabilitation activities under qualified therapists.
• Help patients move between treatment areas safely.
• Provide support with mobility exercises and daily rehabilitation activities as instructed.
• Observe patients during sessions and report any discomfort or unusual responses.
