Job summary

BeathChapman (Pte. Ltd.) is partnering with a regional bank in Singapore to recruit a Senior Specialist, Regulatory Compliance. You will advise on regulatory matters, monitor MAS developments and help enhance the bank's compliance framework across the business.

The role requires 3+ years in regulatory compliance within financial services, strong advisory and stakeholder management skills, and Mandarin proficiency for liaison with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and overseas counterparts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of regulatory compliance experience within banking or financial services.
• Strong advisory experience supporting business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MAS regulations, notices and guidelines.
• Experience in compliance monitoring, testing and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory compliance advisory support to business and functional stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory developments and communicate key updates across the business.
• Perform compliance monitoring and testing reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Support governance reporting and the preparation of compliance-related management materials.
• Assist with FATCA and CRS reporting obligations.
• Support regulatory engagements, audits, compliance training and ad hoc projects.
