Qualifications

Degree or equivalent work experience.
3-7+ years of experience in Tier 1 global financial institutions.
Strong risk management and control mindset.
Awareness of external/internal best practices.
Self-reliant, problem solver with results orientation.

Responsibilities

Engage with Singapore country and APAC stakeholders to support Markets activities.
Drive and implement sustainable processes, automation, and policy adherence.
Collaborate with Operations Control to maintain a robust control framework for audits and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to standardized, scalable workflow for new product launches in APAC FXLM.
Prepare and publish MIS information for regular Management Updates.
