Job summary

TREVOSE PARTNERS EXECUTIVE PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Regulatory Reporting specialist for Hedgefund operations in Singapore.

The role focuses on ensuring complete and accurate regulatory submissions and collaborating with engineering, Ops and BC teams to resolve issues promptly. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Asia regulatory reporting (HKMA, MAS OTC), strong data analysis skills, and the ability to work independently on complex BAU reporting tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in Asia regulatory transactions reporting (HKMA, MAS OTC)
• Strong understanding of equities, FX, FICC products and related reporting workflows
• Hands-on data quality, BAU submissions, and incident handling capabilities

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise day-to-day operations of reporting to ensure completeness and accuracy of submissions
• Manage failures or errors in a timely manner with engineering, Ops, BC teams to ensure no missed obligations
• Collaborate with engineering to design pragmatic solutions for day-to-day workflow improvements
• Analyze and assess impact; propose business requirements and tech design changes for regulatory or vendor changes
• Proactively work with stakeholders to improve monitoring, validation and control frameworks
• Provide MI information and track open remediation/actions
• Experience of incident handling and escalation protocols
• Hands-on in db queries, data analysis, scripting and able to work independently

Regulatory Reporting - Hedgefund

Responsibilities

• Monitor & supervise day to day operations of reporting to ensure completeness &accuracy of our submissions
• Manage any failures or errors in timeline manner with engineering, Ops, BC teams and ensure no failures in meeting our reporting obligation
• Collaborate with engineering team to design the pragmatic solutions for day to workflow improvements
• Analyse, assess impact and help propose business requirements & tech design change specifications necessary for any upcoming business, regulatory or vendor(like DTCC) changes
• Proactively work with stakeholders to improve our monitoring, validation and control frameworks
• Provide MI information and track open remediation/actions as necessary
• Experience of incident handling & escalation protocols
• Hands-on in db queries, data analysis, scripting and able to work independently

Required skills/experience

• Strong experience in Asia Regulatory transactions reporting like HKMA, MAS OTC transactions
• Street practices awareness and in-touch with latest developments in the region and globally
• Good understanding of Equities, FX, FICC products and how they are traded, booked and reported
• Understanding of front to back trading and booking lifecycle and platforms involved and how it interacts with reporting
• Hands-on experience in dealing with BAU reporting submissions data quality and completeness challenges including but not limiting to impact of trading errors, late booking, corporate actions, cancel & corrections
• Good Understanding of controls and validation framework.
